Exhaust aftertreatment and noise control

Cleaner, quieter gensets up to 5 MW

SCR, DPF, DOC and acoustic enclosures for gas and diesel generator sets, from sizing to commissioning and after-sales.

Four product lines, supplied separately or as one package

Each system is sized to the engine model, exhaust flow and site conditions. Combine them when a project needs both emission and noise control.

Performance values depend on engine, fuel and site, and are confirmed for each project in the quotation.

From engine outlet to stack

A typical exhaust line on a diesel genset. We size each stage from the engine data sheet and the site emission limit. On gas gensets the line is often SCR only.

  1. Genset

    Engine data sheet and fuel

  2. DOC

CO and HC, supports DPF regeneration

  3. DPF

    Soot and black smoke

  4. SCR

    Urea dosing and NOx control

  5. Stack

    Monitoring port and sampling

Treeing scope By others The acoustic enclosure houses the genset and attenuates intake and exhaust noise.

What changes with the fuel

FuelMain concernWhat we ask for
Natural gasFew contaminants. Design is driven by the NOx limit and exhaust temperature.Engine data sheet, NOx limit and reference O₂
Biogas and landfill gasH₂S and siloxanes can poison the catalyst without gas pre-treatment.Gas analysis and pre-treatment details
DieselSoot in the exhaust. DOC and DPF usually come before the SCR.Engine data sheet, fuel sulfur content, duty cycle

Support from sizing to long-term after-sales

  1. Size

We size each system from the engine model, exhaust flow, fuel and emission target.

  2. Supply

Complete systems, or single units integrated with your existing equipment.

  3. Commission

Installation supervision and on-site commissioning until the targets are met.

  4. Support

Long-term after-sales support once the system is in operation.

In field validation

Wireless SCR control with remote commissioning

Our next-generation SCR controller is designed to install without field wiring and to be commissioned remotely, which cuts time on site. It is in field validation now. Our proven SCR systems remain the standard offer.

Send the engine model, fuel and the emission limit for your site. An engineer replies with a first assessment.

  • Engine make, model and number of units
  • Fuel type, and a gas analysis for biogas
  • NOx limit with reference O₂, and any noise limit
  • Site layout or exhaust drawings, if available
