Exhaust aftertreatment and noise control products
Four product lines for gas and diesel gensets up to 5 MW. Each is sized to the engine model, exhaust flow and site conditions, and can be supplied on its own or as one package.
-

Illustration Treats: Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system
Urea-based selective catalytic reduction that cuts NOx in genset exhaust to meet the site emission limit. Closed-loop dosing control, sized for each engine.
- Treats
- Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
- Engines
- Gas and diesel gensets up to 5 MW
- Reductant
- 32.5% urea solution (AUS 32 / DEF)
-

Illustration Treats: Noise
Genset acoustic enclosure
A custom enclosure that brings genset noise down to the site limit while keeping the engine cool and easy to service.
- Treats
- Noise
- Engines
- Gas and diesel gensets up to 5 MW
- Design
- Built for each genset model and site
-

Illustration Treats: Soot and black smoke (PM)
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
A wall-flow filter that captures soot from diesel exhaust and removes visible black smoke. The filter is cleaned in place by regeneration.
- Treats
- Soot and black smoke (PM)
- Engines
- Diesel gensets up to 5 MW
- Substrate
- Wall-flow, cordierite or silicon carbide (SiC)
-

Illustration Treats: CO and hydrocarbons (HC)
DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)
A precious-metal oxidation catalyst that converts carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons in diesel exhaust, and helps the DPF downstream to regenerate.
- Treats
- CO and hydrocarbons (HC)
- Engines
- Diesel gensets up to 5 MW
- Substrate
- Flow-through honeycomb with precious-metal coating
Which products does my genset need?
| Genset | Typical limits | Usual combination |
|---|---|---|
| Gas genset | NOx | SCR |
| Gas genset near homes or offices | NOx and noise | SCR and acoustic enclosure |
| Diesel genset | Black smoke, PM, CO and HC | DOC and DPF |
| Diesel genset with a NOx limit | NOx, PM, CO and HC | DOC, DPF and SCR as one module |
This is a starting point. The final scope depends on the local limits and the engine data.

Send the engine model, fuel and the emission limit for your site. An engineer replies with a first assessment.
- Engine make, model and number of units
- Fuel type, and a gas analysis for biogas
- NOx limit with reference O₂, and any noise limit
- Site layout or exhaust drawings, if available
